HSP Direct is one of the foremost experts on donor development in the country. When they came to us, they knew their digital identity didn’t convey the relevance and business capital embodied in the organization and its leadership. They leveraged KM to design and develop a custom framework that would strengthen the HSP brand as a comprehensive fundraising agency and streamline user interface. Our objective was establishing a brand experience that moves HSP from a transactional agency to a value creation partner. We began with a benchmarking exercise from a user experience and usability point of view. This helped to determine performance, resolve functionality issues, and storyboard a narrative to drive visitor engagement. The result is a re-positioned brand and new website that delivers the quality and character of HSP Direct through a dynamic interface. Our redesign employs leading technology to convey the HSP value proposition and brand promise, an immersive user experience to optimize prospect-to-client conversions, custom data and content management systems for in house flexibility, and effective site analytic tools to measure success.
